Our Story
55 years.
One city.
One mission.
Broadway Pest Services was founded in 1970 on Broadway at 176th Street in upper Manhattan — in the neighborhood that gave us our name. We've never left.
Over five decades we've relocated twice within the city, built out a full commercial division, earned the industry's highest certifications, and wrapped our fleet in the black-and-gold livery that NYC property managers now recognize on sight. What hasn't changed is the mission: documented, accountable pest management that protects your license, your reputation, and your tenants.
We're an MWBE-certified business — a designation that reflects both the diversity of our team and our deep roots in New York's neighborhoods. Our QualityPro certification places us among a small percentage of pest control companies nationally that meet the industry's highest standards for training, safety, and business practices.
Today we operate from two Manhattan locations — Midtown at 213 W 35th St and South Harlem at 69 St. Nicholas Ave — and run the retail store at the Harlem location where New Yorkers have been coming in for DIY pest control supplies and professional advice for decades. We also serve Bergen County NJ, Westchester, and Nassau County, bringing the same NYC-caliber commercial expertise to properties outside the five boroughs.
