Broadway Pest Services are fantastic. Over the past 20 years our coop has worked with an endless number of exterminators but none of them come close to Broadway. Chris in the office and Miguel in the field are simply too good to be true. I really feel that they care as much about our rat problem as we do. Five Stars Plus!

I HAD to write this review to praise the amazing job that Armando did when he came to help me with my mice problem. He is professional, thorough, and above else--kind!!! I am TERRIFIED of mice and was completely beside myself with this problem. Armando came in, was reassuring, and VERY patient with my many questions and several requests (some which I am sure felt crazy to him!!) that he please look at every inch of my apartment. Despite his being the expert--he assured me that he would look at anything I needed in order to give me peace of mind. I appreciate so much how patient and kind he was as I expressed my many concerns.
Then, OF COURSE, he found the hole where the mice were entering and like he promised, the problem has been resolved. I've not seen anything since. I also feel really confident that if any future problems were to arise, I could reach out to this company and have someone out to my house in a very timely fashion.

Had the most amazing experience with Broadway Pest Services. I had a sewer roach problem and Found this company through a referral. They were on time, and Gabriel was very knowledgeable and explained the problem to me. Took his time and made sure my apt was protected and patched some areas he found could be the problem. Very respectful to the apt and careful when he was working.
You get what you pay for and Gabriel and Broadway Pest Service customer service were excellent and worth the price.

Been using Broadway for my 17,000 square foot business for nearly 7 years...I’m often the one letting them in during the day (especially now, during the pandemic—theirs is the only service I’ve kept going because I didn’t want any critters to take over the space while we were closed!) Their technicians are always on-time, thorough, and sweet as can be (in a way that feels rare within the stereotype of an exterminator).

I live in a 2 family brownstone and had a recurring problem with mice. I put screens on my back door as I thought that the mice were coming inside when the door was left open. Finally, I called Broadway Pest Services. The man who came to my house looked around carefully and came to the conclusion that the mice were in fact entering through my built-in fridge. He was correct! Nothing like a good diagnosis. We moved the fridge out, sealed the back wall and the mice problem was solved.
